I am based in Sydney and Brisbane, Australia. I was trained in costume at Sydney Institute of TAFE, and Opera Australia's workroom.

I am a costume maker, principally ladieswear. I firmly believe in having a strong sewing background. I fell into theatrical millinery after assisting the milliner at Opera Australia, and becoming an assistant to Rick McGill, but it has turned into a job that I love, and after further forays into thermoplastics and cosprops whilst working in film - if it's a weird shape and you want it on the head, I can make that happen.

I have extensive experience as a theatrical dresser and wardrobe maintenance. I believe it's important to see the costumes we make actually working, to know what works best backstage and for performers.
I'm reliably competent on set, and in fittings. I love organising and being organised, due to a decade spent managing a retail chain of 42 stores with over 400 staff.

In my spare time, I enjoy classical music and sing with the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs, rollerblading slowly and learning new ways to work with fabric at workshops.
